My Weekend...(4th October 2009)

Last Saturday, after  office hour I drove my car from Teluk Intan back to Kg. Pasir Tumbuh, Hulu Gua Musang. My journey took almost 5 hours to reach to the school's quarter where my family stays at the moment. It is very tiring but for the sake of my family, I'll  ensure that  i can meet them every week. Kg. Pasir Tumbuh is located in the district of Hulu Kelantan, about 40 km in remote area from Gua Musang. Currently, about 50 numbers of family are staying here.

SK Pasir Tumbuh

This is Sekolah Kebangsaan Pasir Tumbuh where 3 of my kids schooling here. You can see this school is surronding by the jungle....fresh air.

After Dawn Prayer, it is routine for the villagers to have a cup of  tea together with nasi belauk.
The orange color T-shirt is Tok Penghulu.

Nenggiri  River

Sunday is a schooling day for Kelantan. So, to fill up my weekend day, I made a walk to view Nenggiri River just 500 metres behind the school.

Also,I was asked to get some pucuk paku which is plenty in the jungle.

Villagers also plant a lot of limau nipis here..Very cheap, can buy Rm 2.50 per kilo compare to town area, up to Rm 25 per kilo...
